Japanese Language Society of Malaysia (JLSM) is a non-profit organization and constituted by members who contribute subscription fee. Be a JLSM's member:

• Member (ordinary member) is entitled to all the privileges of the Society provided for in the Constitution and shall be entitled to vote at general meetings and to become JLSM's Executive Committee.
• Member is able to participate all JLSM Japanese language courses and activities related to Japanese language.
• Member is able to join and learn Japanese cultural activities at a minimal fee.
• Member is entitled to enjoy JLSM's Resource Library facility and WiFi at Society.
• Member is given priority to join JLSM's Special Events such as Homestay Program, Walk with Japanese, Japanese Language Festival, Cultural Activities' Exhibitions and any Events that organized by JLSM from time to time
• Member is allowed to loan Cultural materials such as Yukata (male & Female), Naruko, Happi and etc subject to in-house rules

• 1 recent passport size photo
• Pay for subscription fee:

               i) Ordinary member:    RM65.00
                        *Join on 1st of July onwards:    RM53.00
               ii) Junior member (age under 18 years old):    RM53.00 (with Consent letter from parent/legal guardian)
                        * Join on 1st of July onwards:     RM47.00 (with Consent letter from parent/legal guardian)
Note:    Ordinary membership Renewal must be done in every January of the year.  Renewal fee is RM24.00;     
             Junior membership Renewal must be done in every January of the year.  Renewal fee is RM12.00(if in   
              renewal year, member falls under age of 18)

Method of Payment:

1. Cash (pay at JLSM's counter)
2. Cheque/Banker's cheque (pay to THE JAPANESE LANGUAGE SOCIETY OF MALAYSIA)
