  Open for purchase starting 26th July 2008 (Sat) at 3rd Annual JLF 2008 and onwards at
  Japanese Language Society of  Malaysia office.

NOTE:
Registration forms for The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test is available for purchase on both days of 3rd Annual JLF 2008. Group purchase are welcomed. Please contact JLSM officer to pre-order and make collections during the event. Pre-order form will be uploaded soon.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (upon registration):

• 2 Recent Photographs (3cm X 3cm)

• Photocopy of Identity Card or Passport

• Postage for Test Voucher Return By Mail (optional)
  - AR Registered Mail Sticker  :   RM1.70
  - Stamp                                      :   RM0.50
  -Self Addressed A4 size Envelope

TEST FEE:

• Level 4 & 3 - RM 50 each

• Level 2 & 1 - RM 60 each

All applications by Mail must be enclosed with ALL of the above mentioned documents. Applicants are strictly advised not to mail cash along for the postage fee. JLSM is not liable for any loss of money.
