About The Examination
The Japanese-Language Proficiency Test
(commonly known as JLPT) will be held worldwide every year to evaluate
and certify proficiency in Japanese of non-native speakers.
The Japanese Foundation
(in Taiwan known as Interchange Association) works with local host
institutions to administer the test outside Japan. Currently in
Malaysia, there are 4 institutions that collaborate with The Japan
Foundation, Kuala Lumpur (JFKL).

JLPT
contain 4 different Levels; the examinee, whom are non-native
speaker of Japanese in principle, can choose the level that best
matches his or her ability and training. each test is made up of
3 sections: writing - vocabulary; listening;
reading - grammar, by satisfying criteria for all sections in
each level respectively.
The
exam's test date is on the 1st Sunday of December every year.
All examinees in each Level will receive score reports in the
beginning of March, as planned every year. Successful examinees whom
fulfilled all 3 sections shall expect Certificates of Proficiency
along with score reports.
